Altis’ flagship pooled investment offering is the Altis Real Estate Equity Partnership (“AREEP”) series. The AREEP series is a value add strategy for wholesale and institutional investors. Each Vintage is to target current market dynamics and opportunities to achieve optimum risk adjusted returns.
To date the AREEP Series, comprising AREEP1, AREEP2 and AREEP3 have raised approximately A$820 million in equity commitments from wholesale and institutional investors.
The AREEP strategy is to target the acquisition of existing income producing industrial and commercial office assets. The overriding focus is on improving the income and investment profile of the real estate portfolio.
Altis is currently undertaking a capital raising for AREEP 4 of $500M with first close targeted for Q2 2021. The strategy and return profile is similar to the previous AREEP funds.
