Available positions
Investment Analyst, Capital Transactions
Working with the Capital Transactions team, acquisition analysis and detailed financial modelling, preparation of investment proposals, market research, and preparing ad hoc research reports; and Working with the Funds Management and Asset Management teams, investor reporting including portfolio analytics, preparation of investor reports, preparing investor presentations and investment ideas/themes, and responding to investor requests.
Asset Manager, Residential (Key Worker Housing)
Active Asset Management which includes involvement in leasing, sales, acquisitions, development, marketing, and reporting.
A high level of interaction and management is required with agents, property managers, and investors as well as internal interactions with Altis development, and finance teams.
