Embracing the Circular Economy with Property Industry Foundation and Egans

Last night in Melbourne, Neve Courts, Altis Director Melbourne Real Estate, shared her valuable insights as to the importance of minimising waste and reducing our environmental footprint, through the recycling of commercial office furniture.

The Property Industry Foundation hosted an evening, sponsored by The GPT Group, sharing their recent initiative, the Foundations Furniture Fund, dispensing of excess furniture in an easy and sustainable way.

Altis recently engaged Egans Asset Management Pty Ltd to assess, pick up, re-use, and re-sell excess office furniture at 191 Salmon St, Port Melbourne, demonstrating our commitment to recycling and the circular economy. All proceeds were donated to the Property Industry Foundation.
