Flood Mitigation Drone Check at First Estate

The recent one in 50-year flood in Western Sydney proved our flood mitigation plan and systems at First Estate are 1st rate.

This footage was taken the day after the heavy rains stopped showing the estate drainage channels, detention basins and infrastructure designed and constructed above the 1-100 year flood line.

The Aware Super asset developed and managed Altis Property Partners was high and dry.
