Construction begins on last remaining site at First Estate, Erskine Park

The Team at Altis Property Partners has commenced construction of six premium units on the last remaining site at First Estate, Erskine Park. Situated in the heart of western Sydney, First Estate provides a leading location with easy access to major arterial routes.

Units within the estate range in size from 645 sqm – 1,845 sqm and will be built to an extremely high standard, striving for a 5 Star Green Star Design and As-Built certified, solar power to each unit, LED lighting, up to 12 metre warehouse clearance and ESFR fire sprinklers to each unit. Completion is forecast for April 2021.
