The warehouse and awning will be fully EFSR sprinklered. Other improvements include secure perimeter fencing, off street parking for 228 cars and driveways that provide full B-Double drive around and drive through access.

GLA is 27,210 sqm comprising warehouse: (25,200 sqm), office (1,100 sqm), truck wash bay (910 sqm) with a site area of 8.177 Ha and Hardstand of 30,195 sqm. The asset has secured gatehouse access. The builder is Hansen Yuncken with construction is due to complete in Q4 2015.

Tenant is Australian Container Freight Services (ACFS). ACFS is the largest privately owned Container Logistics operator in Australia, moving over 350,000 TEU annually.
